Shipping Policies
Shipping within Australia.
After purchase, dispatch times are usually between 2-5 working days, (2-7 during peak times). All order are packed by just one person.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post via Standard or Express postage.
When orders are being prepared, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number. Then when your order has been fulfilled you’ll receive another email, and then when it’s been lodged at the post office you should receive a notification. From then on, hopefully you are able to keep track off your order via Australia Post App. If you have this set up, you should receive updates from them as well.
Choosing express shipping doesn’t not speed up the dispatch times.
Live locally? Pickup option is available.
If you live locally (Clare Valley) and surrounds, at checkout there will be an option to select pick up. Please make contact once order is ready for collection, to organise a time. Checking out with Apple Pay does not show this option, however I am happy to refund the postage cost, please make contact if this happens.
International shipping.
We ship to most countries. Although please take into account that with covid restrictions, some countries have been temporarily suspended or may have delayed shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, your parcel can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive to your destination. This depends on your location and Covid delays.
Tax & Duty.
Your country may charge you duties & taxes once your order arrives to customs. You the customer, will have to pay this. Please make yourself aware. We do not collect any duty/taxes to pay on your behalf.
We can no longer ship to the UK unless purchase amount is above £135 ($240 approx)
(See below - taken from www.gov.uk)
Goods worth £135 or less in total: If you bought the goods yourself and they are not excise goods, the seller will have included VAT in the total you paid.
We cannot include VAT in your total and pay it for you.
You will need to pay VAT to the delivery company if the goods are: gifts sent to you by someone else and worth more than £39, excise goods, golds worth more than £135 in total. You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them.
