Refund policy

Please choose your INKY SODA pieces carefully, make sure you read the description & details of the items you are purchasing. A refund will not be issued due to change of mind. We still get charged fees even if item is refunded, therefor paying for your mistake.

Only if items are damaged in transit or in anyway faulty, you must notify INKY SODA within 48 hours of receiving your product, to be eligible in receiving a refund or store credit for the same amount. Which is decided upon discretion of the maker.

All pieces are made with much care, please take into consideration that minor blemishes, marks or bubbles could occur, even with all the right precautions taken in place.

INKY SODA pieces are sealed twice with UV resistant sealer, then topped with UV resistant high quality artist resin.

Care instructions are always available to read on the INKY SODA website. As well as on the back of the earring cards. We take this very seriously, you need to take it very seriously.

With anything handmade, age/ ware or fade could show over time. This is out of our control. INKY SODA will not take responsibility for any pieces severely faded over time, after 30 days from purchase date.

We colour test our inks, to eliminate this to the best of our ability. Again, it cannot alway be controlled. This is why we push that you take as much care as we recommend, to get the best life out of our products.

INKY SODA keep cups are food grade stainless steel, they are dishwasher safe.

The plastic lids are non toxic & BPA free, for best care, hand washing is recommended.

If any environmental stress fractures are to occur to within 3 months only of purchase, please contact us & a replacement will be offered. Excludes dropping of lid to cause cracking.
